I heard somewhere that the native american’s name for this flower translates to “Heart’s Ease.” Remarkable when you consider digitalis is made from foxglove extract.
I used to sit with my grandfather and observe bees go in and out of these flowers. Great memories. Thanks for the photos. Very nice!
